Animal rights group files complaint against OHSU over monkey deaths
From Newsbreak.com, September 2, 2020
Stop Animal Exploitation Now, an animal rights group, filed a complaint against Oregon Health and Science University over the accidental deaths of two laboratory monkeys.
OHSU admitted that on August 13, two primates at its Hillsboro research facility were unintentionally placed in a washing machine and boiled alive. The university said this happened when a lab assistant was cleaning cages and didn't realize one was occupied.
